This can be upgraded to 4 hour response normal working

Linux Support
Accent configure the rental servers to your specification
for your network, email, web, file sharing and install
a firewall. Remote health monitoring is provided free
of charge and any inconsistencies are reported automatically
via email. The support is provided via Accent’s
WebHelp system available 24x7.
Higher Level Support
Upgrades from Silver to Gold support which supplies
restricted/unrestricted support for web, email and application
support, on-line or if necessary on-site, is available.
